These terms govern the use of Nah Travel EasilyService provided by Nahweb di Juan C. Blangetti, VAT number 02845030044, Fraz. Ceretto 45, 12024 Costigliole Saluzzo (CN).

1. The service

Nah Travel Easily is a comparator that shows flight prices and periods and directs the user to booking sites. We are not a travel agency or a carrier: we do not sell tickets, we do not collect payments and we are not part of the travel contract, which is concluded between you and the site on which you book.

The consultation of prices, dates and destinations is free and free of charge. Some functions require a free account: price alerts and, when required, switching to the operator's website.

Prices and Availability

The prices shown come from our partners and may refer to recent research. They are indicative: final price, taxes, luggage, availability and conditions are confirmed only on the booking site. We make every effort to ensure that the information is correct, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete or up-to-date.

3. How we make money

The service is free. We receive a commission from partners when a search from our site leads to a booking. The commission does not increase the price you pay. Details on page How we earn.

4 accounts

To create an account you must be at least 16 years old and provide real data. You are responsible for password confidentiality. You can cancel your account at any time from your personal area. We may suspend abusive accounts, such as with automated requests or unauthorized access attempts.

5. Price Alerts

Alerts are a free service with no guarantee of results: a price can change between sending the alert and booking.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for the services provided by partner sites (bookings, payments, exchanges, refunds, delays or cancellations of flights): for these, the relationship between you and the partner applies. The rights that the law grants to consumers remain unaffected.

Site content

Texts, graphics and logo of Nah Travel Easily are protected: they cannot be copied or reused without permission. It is forbidden to extract data from the site in an automated way.

8. Modifiche

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page.

9. Law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For consumers, the jurisdiction is the place of residence or domicile. Consumers can also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
